This attachment for the Palti quick-clamping system has a diameter of 3.2 to 3.7 mm. The shape of the tip is convex and it is a straight version, which is particularly suitable for the anterior region in the upper jaw during an internal sinus lift. This instrument can be used to gently lift the bone flap after pre-drilling during an internal sinus lift so that the resulting cavity in the sinus cavity can then be filled with bone material.
