The raspatorium #905-12 for dental surgery has a disc-shaped working end with a width of 9.0 mm and an oval working end with a width of 4.5 mm. Both ends are slightly curved.
Application: The special angulation of the raspatorium facilitates work in the posterior vestibular and lingual areas. With the help of the raspatorium, soft tissue can be pushed away from the bone and the periosteum (bone membrane) can be loosened. This exposes the areas to be operated on.
